What onboarding looks like
- Brand discovery. A call or chat about your brand, so we understand your story and where you want it to go.
- Exact costing. A breakdown and a scoping document covering every service selected, based on your requirements and your budget.
How pricing works
No fixed packages. A one-page site and a full brand system are different jobs, and so is every brand’s story. Every project is quoted after a conversation. Tell us what you’re building and what design means to you, and we’ll quote your scope.
- Start dates. Finalised after the deposit, first come first served.
- Delays move the date. Feedback or assets arriving late push the launch out with them.
- Add-ons. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, never absorbed quietly.
Questions
We build complete websites and apps, but if you have in-house developers we’re happy to hand over designs and prototypes for them to build from.
It can be built into a custom package based on what you need. Costing varies with the platform and how much content is involved.
40% to start, 30% on design confirmation before development begins, and 30% before final handover of all assets.
